There is so much here, Molly! I’m saving this to look at some more of this later. Thank you for this detailed and thorough set of resources. I belong to the big subset of Long COVIID people who find ourselves with the same sort of issues, and it’s been a long journey to understand it myself, let alone for others to get their head around it.
Ooof. Long COVID is such a beast. And yes, we're all under the same (awful, annoying) umbrella. I think of it like... we're all the same food group, but the subsets have different flavors. I may be mint chip (post-mono MECFS) and you may be rocky road (post-COVID MECFS), but we're all sitting next to each other on that grocery store shelf, because we're all, fundamentally, ice cream.
Thanks for reading, and for leaving a comment. I hope there's something here, or elsewhere in my work, you find helpful. And if you ever have any questions for someone just a little further ahead on the journey than you, I'm here. I've learned more from other patients than I have anywhere else, and I love to pay it forward. (Plus, I think that's the only way we all survive this - community and mutual aid.)

Thanks for all your work! Greatly appreciated.
